South Hull Home and School Association Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application
Dear Neighbours/Vendors:
South Hull Home and School Association would like to invite you to take part in our 5th Annual Holiday Bazaar.
As a vendor or a member of our community, we would like to have you take part in our event by selling your products or advertising your services to our community. You keep all the profits from your sales (donations are welcomed too!).
Fee:
o $30 per spot (including 1 table and 2 chairs)
o Item of your choosing donated towards the raffle

Location: South Hull School - 86 Promenade Crescent, Gatineau, Qc Contact: [email protected]
Outdoors/Indoors: Indoors
Event Time: 9am-1pm
Expected Number of Attendees: 300
Number of tables per booth: 1 (let us know if you will be bringing your own) Number of chairs: 2
Tablecloths: Not provided (feel free to bring your own)
Booth signs: Not provided (feel free to bring your own)
Participation fee: $30, payable upon confirmation of participation by the Home and School Association (receipt will be provided upon request)
If you are interested in participating, please complete and submit the Vendor Application Form below by November 18, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Association at the same address.
Space is limited so sign-up fast in order to reserve your spot!
Completion of the application form does not guarantee a spot at our bazaar. Vendor applications will be assessed by the Home and School Association and the school Principal.

- All items must be appropriate for school-aged children. South Hull Home and School Association reserves the right to prohibit the sale or advertisement of any items or services that we deem are inappropriate.
- All food items sold must be safely prepared and handled, including refrigeration if needed. Due to life threatening allergies all items must be completely peanut / nut free.
- You are responsible for providing your own equipment, staff and serving items.
- You are also responsible for removing all items that are not sold.
- Please keep your area clean at all times. Garbage cans will be provided.
