South Hull Home and School Association Spring Garage Sale Vendor Application
Dear Neighbours/Vendors:
South Hull Home and School Association would like to invite you to take part in our Spring Garage Sale.
As a vendor or a member of our community, we would like to have you take part in our event by selling your products or advertising your services to our community. You keep all the profits from your sales (donations are welcomed too!).
Fees:
Personal - used items - $20 per spot (including 1 table and 2 chairs)
Business - new items - $30 per spot (including 1 table and 2 chairs)

Expected Number of Attendees: 300
Number of tables per booth: 1 (let us know if you will be bringing your own)
Number of chairs: 2
Tablecloths: Not provided (feel free to bring your own)
Booth signs: Not provided (feel free to bring your own)
Participation fee: $20 for sellers of personal used items, $30 for new items / businesses, payable upon submission of application

Space is limited so sign-up fast in order to reserve your spot!
Vendor applications will be assessed by the Home and School Association and the school Principal.

- All food items sold must be safely prepared and handled, including refrigeration if needed. Due to life threatening allergies all items must be completely peanut / nut free.
- You are responsible for providing your own equipment, staff and serving items.
- You are also responsible for removing all items that are not sold.
- Please keep your area clean at all times. Garbage cans will be provided.
