Valentine's treat 2023

This Valentine's Day South Hull Home and School wants to let all of our children know that they are special and we are so proud of them for getting through this pandemic. We know it's been hard so we're here to sweeten things up!

South Hull Home and School would like to give every student a special Valentine's day cookie! Cookies will be delivered to classes Friday, February 12th.

In order to distribute these cookies, we need parents' acknowledgement and permission.

To conform with public health COVID guidelines, all cookies will be individually wrapped by the manufacturer.

Simply fill out the form below and let us know that you give us your permission to provide your child with a cookie on February 12th. The ingredients are listed below for allergy concerns.

The deadline for permission forms is Friday, February 5th, 2021.
